Mouse Rat (formerly Scarecrow Boat) is a rock band formed by Andy Dwyer. They have a long list of previous names and can't quite settle on one. Notable performances include: WKKR's Pawnee Battle of the Bands 2008, Edward Phillips Senior Center Valentine's Dance 2010, The Lil' Sebastian Memorial, and The Pawnee Unity Concert.
