This is an abstract model of a "Buckyball", or Fullerene, containing 240 carbon atoms (represented by the small white dodecahedra). As a polyhedron, it could be called a truncated enneacontahedron. The truncations are represented by the blue hexagons and pentagons. Without the truncations, you would see 90 yellow rhombuses (diamond shapes), in two different forms.
